In 2017, Raheem graduated with a degree, no job offers, and a laptop. Like most graduates in developing markets, he faced the familiar trap: send CVs, wait, get rejections, repeat.
Then he discovered Upwork through desperation and 2am internet searches. His first profile was rejected. His first ten proposals went unanswered. His first client paid him $15 for 8 hours of work.
But he kept going and within six months, he was earning $1,500/month. Within a year, he had a team.

Friends started asking how he did it. Then friends of friends. He started teaching informally WhatsApp groups, YouTube videos, one-on-one calls. The results were undeniable: full-time employees replacing their salaries in 90 days, fresh graduates landing their first dollar clients within weeks of starting.
That’s when he decided to build a proper program. Not a course full of theory a system built from the specific conditions of someone starting from zero in a developing market: limited resources, cultural pressure to get a “real job,” lack of a portfolio, and the psychological barrier of asking for payment in dollars.
